EUMABOIS General Assembly 2024 took place on September 27 in Helsinki and was hosted by Technology Industries of Finland.
The Assembly met in its regular annual session to discuss the spectrum of topics through dedicated agenda which was shared in advance and which was displayed at the beginning of the meeting.
After opening remarks by the President De Vito, discussion continued with an overview of the woodworking machinery market which was delivered through the lenses of multiple indicators, all being aimed at providing closer insight into the state of the art, international woodworking business environment and potential drivers of European competitiveness. One of the latter is certainly digitization and innovation of the production process and this was the central topic of annual gathering. The word goes about the new project supported by EUMABOIS whose objective is to enhance the interoperability between between tool suppliers, machine
