The Exhibition of the Future
Rapidly are continuing the preparations for the holding of the new edition of the international exhibition interWOOD 2010. The exhibition is scheduled from 18-21 March 2010 at the renovated Exhibition Center of the former East Airport of Athens, Hellinikon, in Greece.
Already, many firm both domestic and from abroad have registered to participate.
The exhibition will be planned to follow the “elastic direction ways”, enabling visitors who study the map to move freely within the exhibition’s area. There will be two entrances, one for the materials and one for the machines leading to the same exit.
This arrangement gives the possibility, depending on the interest of each professional visitor to choose the area of his priority. In any case, he can see the whole exhibition, first the materials and then the machinery or vice-versa.
In the exhibition’s framework, there will be workshops and seminars on the most advanced and innovative technological applications in the treatment of wood by reputable scientists of the industry.
A wide publicity and advertisement campaign through media and personal invitations, which, will be mailed, will inform every professional interested in Greece and abroad.
Additional to the professional visitors of the world of wood, particular emphasis will be given for the presence of technical offices, construction companies, architects, civil engineers, decorators, hotels and shipping companies.

interWOOD 2010, is the only exhibition in the Wood Processing field organized in Greece approved by UFI, the Global Association of Exhibition Industry, and the only one supported by EUMABOIS, which is a non-profit Federation of 13 National Associations representing the major European manufacturers of machines and accessories for woodworking. Additional, it is supported for the first time by ift ROSENHEIM, the German Institute for Windows and Facades, Doors and Gates, Glass and Building Materials.
interWOOD 2010, is also under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Development and of the Central Union of Chambers of Greece.
The pricing policy for interWOOD 2010, remains in the same cost as interWOOD 2006 and 2008.
